Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We offer exchanges within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received, including its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to request an exchange.
Items that are used, worn, damaged, altered, or returned after the 15-day exchange period are not eligible for exchange.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be Exchange.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@limalimonstore.com

  

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product contact us; info@limalimonstore.com

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
